SR Legals's Corporate Finance and Capital Market offer broad range of experience and expertise in equity flotation. The members of the group have full capability on advising clients on the regulatory issues related to Indonesian capital market and have advised in various listing of Indonesian companies in Indonesian stock exchanges. In addition, some of our members have involved in the listing of companies in foreign stock exchanges.

Since the inception of the firm, we have developed substantial Islamic finance and insurance advisory services.
